Yes. Every program, injection, and treatment is overseen by our medical team, with regular check-ins and plan adjustments based on how your body responds.
Medical weight loss
Medical weight loss is a personalized, medically supervised program that addresses the root causes, such as metabolism, hormones, and blood sugar, that can make weight loss feel impossible. It combines a comprehensive health evaluation, a customized treatment plan, and ongoing accountability, rather than relying on willpower or a generic diet.
Results vary by patient, but many people lose 10 to 20 percent of their body weight within the first few months of a structured program.
Your plan may include a consultation and physician visit, weekly accountability check-ins, weight loss injections, nutrition planning, metabolic and blood sugar support, and ongoing adjustments as your body responds.
Most patients follow a structured program for 3 to 6 months, with ongoing support available after that. Your timeline depends on your goals and how your body responds.
Weight loss injections
We offer three medically supervised options: the Skinny Shot Injection, the Glow Up Slim Down Injection, and the Lipo Burn Injection. Your provider will recommend the right option based on your evaluation and goals.
Yes. All injections are prescribed and monitored by our medical team, with dosing tailored to your body and regular check-ins to track your progress and adjust your plan as needed.
Yes. Injections work best as part of a complete program that includes nutrition guidance and lifestyle support, both of which we provide as part of your plan.
Hormone therapy
BioTE® is a bioidentical hormone replacement therapy using plant-derived hormones, delivered through a pellet system, to help restore balance for hormones such as testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, thyroid, and cortisol.
Common signs include ongoing fatigue, stubborn weight gain, mood changes, brain fog, low libido, and trouble sleeping. The best way to know for sure is to start with a consultation and lab evaluation with our team.
Most patients notice improvements in energy, mood, and sleep within 2 to 4 weeks, with full optimization typically within 2 to 3 months.
Wellness services
We offer vitamin and lipotropic injections, nutrient-based therapies, wellness supplements, and our signature Flat Stomach Detox Drink, all designed to support energy, digestion, and metabolism.
No. Our wellness services are available on their own or alongside a medical weight loss or hormone therapy program.
DOT testing
Yes. We provide DOT-compliant testing for individuals and employers, including pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and return-to-duty testing, all in a professional medical setting.
The standard DOT 5-panel urine test screens for marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines and methamphetamines, opioids, and PCP. Results are typically available within 1 to 3 business days.
